ABOUT NORTHEAST EQUITY PARTNERS

A people-first approach to long-term business ownership.

Our Mission

Northeast Equity Partners exists to acquire and operate one exceptional essential services business with respect, integrity, and a long-term commitment to the people who make it great.

We believe the best businesses are built on strong relationships, consistent execution, and a genuine care for customers and their employees. Our goal is to preserve what works, improve what doesn't, and invest in sustainable growth.

Nick Windwer, CPA, serves as Managing Partner of Northeast Equity Partners. With over five years of M&A consulting experience at a Big 4 firm in New York City, Nick has advised on complex transactions across numerous industries.

Growing up around his father's healthcare business, Nick developed a deep appreciation for the care, commitment, and community impact that define great small businesses. He leads our team in searching for one essential services business to acquire and operate, with plans to relocate and embed in the local community to build long-term value.
